Hi im just posting info on what im doing. I have been letting a frind drive my 1990 s10 truck. Well my friend called me a few mounths ago and told me there was some thing wrong with my truck. well after looking at the truck and finding the oil pump went out and killed my 4.3. I started working on my new motor. I just tought u guys would like to se where im at on this. I pulld up one of my 350 blocks its a 2 bolt main. i droped in a steel crank x rods and some trw forged pistons with plasma moly rings. A set of clevite bearings new oil pump and a set of ARP bolt kit. new cam and lifters its a 527 lift cam and a pair of edelbrock performer rpm heads. The carb is a 750 demon on top of a rpm intake with a 200hp nos kit. The trans is a turbo 350 with at 28 to 3000 rpm stall . The rear gear is 3.42s this my street truck i have a few more things to get will post back as soon as it is in and runing and driving. so what do you all think.
