Anything from a lorry rollover like today, to rubbish information on matrix signs. They have a ridiculous rulebook that can't be deviated from. Anyone remember that horsebox that broke down (off) the carriageway of the A34 last year near Botley? Someone thought it was a good idea to cone a lane off for "safety reasons" and for the horses' welfare (it was in the back out of harms way for gods sake).[/p]
I would like to add as a horse owner and user of a lorry the link below http://www.horseandh ound.co.uk/forums/sh owthread.php?t=43901 6&page=3 That lorry was stationary when it was hit. LUCKILY no one was injured but if that lorry had been full of horses the one at the end would have been seriously injured So yeah coning off a lane isn't the stupidest idea when there people on the road capable of this type of damage!!!!!![/p]
My bad Seems there was a horse in the back AND it was thrown out http://www.horseandh ound.co.uk/news/397/ 305956.html Sarahw1984
